How many of us have made two minute Maggi noodles, either for ourselves or for our children? They’re the quickest thing to cook, just two minutes, no fuss, no drama, just lots of delicious noodles! But how many of us have made 100 packets of Maggi Noodles at the same time? Hardly any of us, that’s for sure. Except for this Grandma in India who seems pretty adept at doing it. And they look totally delicious too!
So next time if you’re cooking for a lot of people but don’t have time, you may want to consider doing this too. It’s pretty easy and we can almost smell the dish from here.
100 PACKETS OF MAGGI NOODLES
The hardest part is probably opening the 100 packets but this sweet Grandmother has help from a good friend. You have to be a good friend if you’re going to open 100 packets of Maggi Noodles, that’s for sure.
Together, the two women slice all the packets open, not easy when there are so many small masala spice packets too, and then empty the packs into a giant colander. They add vegetables, boiling water, and the rest is – well – it’s Noodles!
They sit on the ground, in a rural setting in India, in their beautifully colored saris, looking pretty professional. At the end, and we urge you to watch the video, they have a fantastic meal for a lot of hungry friends and family.
To be honest, it doesn’t just take them 2 minutes as you know 100 packets of Maggi Noodles is a lot of noodles. And, to their credit, they make it into a pretty substantial and nutritious meal by adding a whole lot of fresh and healthy vegetables.
Desi Kitchen produced the video which is fun to watch and also inspiring. You may rush out quickly to buy your own Maggi Noodles for a quick snack. Don’t forget the Masala! 😆
