We all get to the point where we know that we eat too much, drink too much and don’t exercise enough. It can be hard changing things but this Chinese family transformed their lives together, working out, eating well and documenting the process along the way.
CHINESE FAMILY’S INCREDIBLE TRANSFORMATION
Jesse, a 32-year-old Chinese photographer, had a few kilos to lose.
His mom and dad had a few more to lose, as well as having drinking problems.
And Jesse’s wife was about to have a baby. They decided to take control together, starting a weight loss program and a healthy eating program that changed their lives completely.
The pics from before and after are proof of how this Chinese family transformed their lives.
Jesse’s mom moved into the house to help his wife with the baby. Jesse invited his father to move in too, and together they embarked on their ‘get fit and healthy‘ programme.
THE WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAMME
It’s never easy doing these things alone and to help them on their way, Jesse bought a weight loss programme. They followed their healthy eating plan and started exercise along the way.
Slow walks became quicker walks and then turned into jogging.
They joined a gym!
And slowly this Chinese family transformed their lives, going from chubby, overweight and unhealthy to fit and fabulous.
This family started their new life on the 10th of March. They had spoken about a six-month programme to get them back on track, and by the 30th of September, they were all doing brilliantly, looking and feeling healthy.
The results are clear to see in all of Jesse’s photographs. But the programme did not end there.
The new regime had become the preferred way of life for this family, who look, feel and are much better than before.
Jesse has said that the highlight for him about the whole process has been the family bonding, the confidence that all family members especially his dad are now feeling, and how exceptionally proud they are.
This Chinese family transformed their lives by eating well and exercising well and it’s a proof that we can all do it.
Sometimes it takes a bit of a push to change the way you live. It can mean cutting out a few carbs or walking a few kilometres, and it can be fun while doing it.
